Who is it for?
- This course targets members of the bridge team (deck and engine officers) involved in anchor handling and dynamic positioning operations on board vessels
- Secondarily, project managers, tow masters etc. may benefit from the training, if they are looking to be introduced to anchor handling and dynamic positioning operations.

Prerequisites
- Participants must have competence as watch-keeping deck- or engine officer.
- It is also recommended that participants have previously attended either a DP Induction or DP Familiarisation Course.
- Full DP certification is not required.

Assessment Type
There will be no assessment upon completion of the course. The content will however be included in the final assessment on completion of Anchor Handling Advanced.
