We built a robust library of high-quality, accredited blended learning products and industry awareness e-learning. It was a big achievement in a short timeframe, and we’re just getting started.

Though implementing this change wasn’t easy, she knew it was necessary. “It meant reworking some newly-built content and changing processes, which wasn’t easy,” she reflects. But taking that bold step laid a solid foundation for future digital learning products. It’s a decision she stands by: “Implementing it early established a strong foundation for future products.”
