About the Newcastle training centre
Maersk Training in Newcastle is the first UK centre accredited by the Global Wind Organisation, specialising in wind-focused courses. Training is delivered through a blend of classroom, practical, and on-site sessions, including use of the nearby pool facility at the Marine and Offshore Safety Training Centre. We offer all modules of GWO Basic Safety Training (BST), Basic Safety Refresher (BSTR), and GWO Technical Training. Our experienced instructors ensure thorough coverage of both practical and theoretical aspects, with a strong focus on safety.
