About the Stavanger training centre
Maersk Training's Stavanger safety training centre, located in Risavika Harbour, opened in 2019, offering comprehensive training facilities for offshore and land-based industries. Equipped with state-of-the-art simulators, including the world’s most advanced lifeboat simulator, it specialises in fire, first aid, and evacuation exercises. With a focus on environmental sustainability, the centre provides tailored courses and efficient logistics, ensuring a high standard of safety and expertise. The facility includes classrooms, computer labs, a fire field, and an outdoor training area for sea rescue exercises. It also offers meeting rooms and e-learning opportunities for a complete training experience.
