Purpose

The course provides the participants the necessary knowledge to safely and efficiently perform their duties regarding handling of dangerous goods in both daily operations and emergency situations.

Objectives
Upon completion the course you will be able to:
- Define, identify and classify dangerous goods
Identify legislation relevant to transport of dangerous goods by air
- Demonstrate knowledge of requirements for documentation, labelling, packing and packaging
- Carry out correct loading and unloading of dangerous cargo for transport by air, including handling of documentation
- Apply knowledge regarding emergency procedures and define responsibilities
