Upon successful completion, participants receive a GWO-approved BST certificate. The certification is valid for two years.

Course Content

The GWO BST – Onshore course comprises the following modules:

GWO First Aid

Learn to administer safe and effective first aid in wind turbine environments, including handling situations like choking, shock, seizures, and bleeding.

GWO Working at Heights and Manual Handling combined:

Gain skills to work safely at heights, perform rescues, and apply proper manual handling techniques to prevent musculoskeletal injuries.

GWO Fire Awareness

Understand fire prevention, conduct initial assessments during fire incidents, manage evacuations, and efficiently extinguish initial fires using basic firefighting equipment.
