Fatigue Management e-learning
Purpose
This e-learning course explores the concept of fatigue and its impact on performance, particularly in the context of operating a ship or performing safety-related duties.
The course includes an integrated self-assessment survey comprising 5 questions to assess individual fatigue levels. Data from these surveys can be generated into a report to provide companies with an insight into fatigue levels of crew members.

Learning Objectives:
LO1: Evaluate your fatigue level. LO2: Define fatigue. LO3: Describe fatigue management. LO4: Describe the causes of fatigue. LO5: Review performance impairment based on the signs and symptoms of fatigue. LO6: Discuss the countermeasures to mitigate fatigue as a company and as an individual.
Assessment:

There are knowledge check questions at the end of the e-learning course but these are not assessed.
