Includes an end-of-course assessment with an 80% pass mark required for certification.

Risk Assessment and Safety Data Sheets (SDS):
Learning the importance of chemical risk assessments and interpreting Safety Data Sheets to manage substances safely.
Control Measures and PPE:
Overview of best practices, control measures, and specific PPE requirements when handling hazardous substances.
Safe Storage, Disposal, and Incident Response:
Guidelines for the safe storage, disposal of hazardous materials, and initial actions to mitigate chemical incidents.
