As our Automation and Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting complex data to help our company make informed business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Key responsibilities
Collect, analyse, and interpret datasets to provide actionable business insights.
– Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.
– Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure data quality and accuracy.
– Utilize advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
– Conduct data analysis using Python or R to support business objectives.
– Write and execute SQL queries to extract data from databases.
– Prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
– Engage in volunteer work and initiatives that support community and organizational goals.
Technical Skills Required:
– Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
– Experience with Power BI for creating dashboards and data visualizations.
– Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and statistical modelling.
– Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
– Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and delivering presentations.
Soft Skills Required:
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to engage with stakeholders and provide clear business insights.
