The goal of the workshop is to have leaders gain genuine understanding of their own leadership and conflict management styles and to have a greater understanding about how their actions impact safety and performance outcomes. The target audience is senior leaders (offsite) and middle and frontline managers (onsite).

Leaders will have a greater self-awareness of personal leadership styles and how to manage safer operations
Learn new inter-personal skills in managing conflict and assuring good team outcomes.
Engage with others in a positive, challenging and fun team-centered environment
Understand the greater context of their operations and be prepared to cooperate closer as a team to drive good safety performance.
