Extended Assessment of Officers

Each event to provide assessment and gap-analysis of 1 candidate officer in technical and non technical competencies and behavior as per CLIENTS/COMPANY leadership profile.

Purpose of the assessment is to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement and suggest mitigating actions for candidate, as well as pinpointing a number of suspected derailers.

The candidate will attend alone and MT will provide a role player to establish an environment where the candidate can demonstrate competencies in leadership, teamwork and communication.

The assessment will be based on the candidate performing tasks close to those performed at their place of work, including offshore anchor handling- and marine operations in MT’s full mission bridge simulators. During the assessment the candidates will be directly observed by a psychologist and a technical instructor. Observations will be supported by interviews and personality- & cognitive testing

Assessment
The product of the assessment will be an individual written report for each candidate, identifying strengths and improvement points, as well as suggesting action. These will be shared with CLIENT/COMPANY and the candidate


Identification of performance and behavioural strengths and gaps for each individual undergoing assessment along with recommendations for improvement and recommended actions. The report is to be provided to delegate and the employer.
