Maersk Training Aberdeen Ltd. is a learning provider to the maritime and offshore industries. We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Finance Controller who will contribute with knowledge and experience to our professional team, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

We are hoping to find a dynamic and structured candidate, who will get a unique opportunity to work independently within all areas of finance, being responsible for:

• Reconciliation of P&L and balance sheet accounts
• Coordinating all finance transactions and processes
• Monthly reporting and book closure
• Preparing yearend audit and audit materials
• Developing standards for reporting procedures
• Perform Treasury Functions – Liquidity Management, Investments Management,
  Cash-flow forecast and petty cash Management
• Cost Controlling and Calculation
• Accounts payables and Accounts receivables
• Fixed Assets Management
• Budgeting and estimates
• Sparring partner for management
• Coordinate monthly payroll

Qualifications
The minimum personal requirements consist of an extremely good sense of data quality, an eagerness to improve both existing routines as well as developing new methods to streamline and improve the various tasks which exist in a finance department. Focus on efficiency and result is very important as well.
