General description

The HR Services department offers a wide range of services. Our primary function is to handle course administration for internal and external companies. We strive to deliver value for money to customers utilising our resources in order for them to reduce their own organisational costs.

The department holds a large variety of competencies enabling it to meet all needs regarding course administration. Previous experiences include: developing customer-specific training matrices, maintaining individual training records, operating customer-specific personnel systems, arranging courses by request and inviting participants on behalf of the customer. We also arrange logistics around the courses such as transport, instructors, accommodation, meals and course materials. Invoicing and HFM accounting are also possible along with IT support.

Other HR services include: recruitment, people assessment, pre-course competency assessment, GAP analysis, organisational analysis, customer surveys and employee surveys.
We are always open for other opportunites and eager to enter into dialogue with potential customers regarding specific needs.
