Purpose
The AYS associated Stress Management course is an interactive course which develops the delegates understanding of the triggers of stress, and stress in the workplace, and of how it can be controlled and reduced.

The syllabus consists of 16 modules:- Module 1 - Introduction to stress management

- Module 3 - Stress diaries for identifying your stress'
- Module 4 - Creating a performance plan
- Module 5 - Imagery (mental stress management)
- Module 6 - Quick stress reduction techniques
- Module 7 - Physical relaxation techniques
- Module 8 - Work related stress trends
- Module 9 - Communicate under pressure
- Module 10 - Logical positive thinking
- Module 11 - Mood influencing stress factors
- Module 12 - Anger management
- Module 13 - Burnout self-test
- Module 14 - Self-confidence and assertiveness
- Module 15 - Be in charge
- Module 16 - The wheel of life
