Purpose
The AYS associated Presentation Skills (Powerpoint) course aims to ensure delegates get the most from all presentation opportunities and develop their skills fully. This training course will help delegates deliver presentations more effectively and successfully.
Content
The syllabus consists of 11 modules:- Module 1 - Introduction into preparation for a good presentation
- Module 2 - Making a plan / structure of presentation
- Module 3 - Sticking to the plan and main message
- Module 4 - Your delivery
- Module 5 - Body language
- Module 6 - Selecting the best training / presentation method
- Module 7 - Oral presentation (no slides)
- Module 8 - Oral with slides
- Module 9 - Visual aids
- Module 10 – PowerPoint
- Module 11 - Deliver your presentation
Objectives
Delegates will be asked to prepare a short presentation (of roughly 5 minutes) during the course. All delegates will have their presentation filmed and be given a copy to take away with them. The course also includes some PowerPoint "Hints and Tips" but is not hands on.

Delegates who want to work on their presentation delivery skills.
