  • Module 4 - Verbal and non-verbal communication
  • Module 5 - Body language
  • Module 6 - Telephone and e-mail messages
  • Module 7 - Active and effective listening
  • Module 8 - Question types
  • Module 9 - Assertiveness in communicating
  • Module 10 - Barriers in communication

To enable delegates to develop and sharpen their communication skills.
