Purpose
The AYS associated Customer Service course is designed to assist delegates in developing the skills required to deliver excellent customer service.

he syllabus consists of 15 workshop, role play and interactive based modules:

- Module 2 - Identifying your customers and their expectations
- Module 3 - Providing outstanding customer service
- Module 4 - The importance of communication
- Module 5 - Barriers to good customer communication
- Module 6 - Projecting a professional first impression
- Module 7 - Understanding body language
- Module 8 - Understand behavioural styles
- Module 9 - Being assertive
- Module 10 - Building rapport
- Module 11 - Telephone etiquette – the do's and don'ts
- Module 12 - Active listening and questioning skills
- Module 13 - Handling complaints and difficult customers
- Module 14 - Closing customer interactions positively
- Module 15 - Personal action planning
Objectives
The objectives of this course are to develop the skills that will help delegates become highly effective at understanding and communicating with customers.

Delegates who wish to develop skills in customer service.
