Purpose

The Emergency First Aid at Work course is structured to provide delegates with the minimum level of first aid training required for the work place.

Content

The syllabus consists of 4 practical, lecture and demonstration based modules:
  • Module 1 - What to do in the event of an emergency
  • Module 2 – Resuscitation
  • Module 3 - First Aid for the unconscious casualty
  • Module 4 - First Aid for the wounded or bleeding

Objectives

Delegates will receive a certificate of attendance upon successful course completion. In addition a course pack containing an up-to-date first aid manual will also be received.

 

Admission Requirements

Delegates trained in first aid must complete this course within three years of first qualifying. Photographic ID is also required.
