Maersk Training Newcastle Ltd officially opened its doors to delegates back in January 2007. Since then we have welcomed well over 3000 people on our courses.
Our Training Centre specialises in both Maritime and Personal Development courses, however, we pride ourselves on being able to meet any training request. We offer flexibility in terms of location, whereby we are happy to travel to the Customer’s preferred venue to deliver the training, and can call upon a vast skills base from our pool of knowledgeable and experienced Instructors and Consultants.
We have high quality simulators here in Newcastle, including ECDIS (Electronic Chart Display Information System) and LCHS (Liquid Cargo Handling Simulator), and a great working relationship with the local College.

The Offices in Newcastle upon Tyne were opened by Soren Skou, and are ideally situated on the Quayside which is an area easily accessible by road, rail, and even just a short journey from Newcastle International Airport.  There is a lot of history surrounding this area, with the maritime and shipping industries having a big part to play in shaping the River Tyne and its reputation as a trading Port. The Quayside, which is actually the oldest part of Newcastle, was until the nineteenth century, the commercial hub of all Tyneside.

Here at Maersk Training Newcastle we offer very high standards of training, and together with top quality customer service, we can provide a better learning experience. We have not only recognition, but also approvals from the MCA and DNV. We believe we can offer real, cost effective solutions for our Customers, and are constantly developing new courses to meet those increasing numbers of legal and industrial requirements.
